  • A variety of paper and pencil tests for aptitude, personality, and interests for pre-employment or mid-post-employment placement
  • Giving feedback to top management as well as directly to key personnel on strengths and weaknesses of personality with emphasis on what needs to be strengthened in someone who is being retained in the company
