ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION

Individual Executive Assessment — Includes extensive interviewing and/or testing of top leaders' personalities in an organization (i.e., CEOs, COOs, upper and middle management, etc.) to be used to determine how to reinforce or modify leadership styles to help productivity, effectiveness and efficiency.

Organizational Systems Assessment — Evaluates the whole organizational structure, including patterns of leadership between top administrators and subordinates. Focuses on conflict management, communication styles and patterns that will help promote productivity and efficiency.

Family Business Assessment — In this unique situation, where families also run businesses, evaluation will be focused on the relationship between personal conflicts between family members and their business roles. Time will be spent on teasing out the different variables that have created and maintained business stagnation in order to work for conflict resolution at both the personal and professional levels.
