Sheldon Kramer, Ph.D.

Dr. Kramer is a highly respected expert in the field of Executive Coaching/Business Consulting. He has a 20-year distinguished career as a personal and business confidante to a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs, CEOs, physicians, senior managers, attorneys, accountants, stock brokers, a variety of business/sales personnel as well as family businesses.

He specializes in creating methods, approaches, tools, and systems to help business people and their companies become more successful. He helps business leaders to create the environment that allows their top management to work more productively and efficiently together and face conflicts with greater ease. He facilitates quick conflict resolution and creates more effective work teams.

Dr. Kramer specializes in complete assessments and evaluations of top executives including their personality strengths and weaknesses. He uses this information to help business leaders to decide who should be hired for new executive roles and who should be made part of an already existing team.

He also specializes in systems consultation with whole organizations in order to help businesses identify their overall strengths and weaknesses, especially in their existing corporate culture. He also helps executive teams restructure their organization to help them increase productivity and efficiency.

Since 1984, he has been a television and radio consultant where he discusses pertinent issues on general current events. He was heard regularly for 10 years on talk radio and was on the renowned "Bill BallanceTalk Show" on KFMB 76 AM in San Diego where he discussed his own relevant, provocative topics on many subjects.
Dr. Kramer is an author as well as a frequent contributor to news publications and magazines including the San Diego Union Tribune, USA Today, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Brides Magazine,, etc.

Dr. Kramer received his BA degree at Pennsylvania State University in Psychology and Religious Studies, his MA degree from Antioch University in Counseling Psychology, and a doctoral degree from the California School of Professional School of Psychology in San Diego.
